Overview
Thanks for being part of the Hank & Roy social community! Our social channels are a place for dog owners to learn more about our products; share their photos, videos, advice and experiences; and interact with like-minded people in a positive, respectful manner.
Our social channels include but are not limited to:
The community guidelines below detail how users should interact on our social media channels. By using our social media channels, you acknowledge and agree to these guidelines.
Community Guidelines
Content shared on our social media channels by users does not always represent Hank & Roy or our values. We reserve the right to remove content if we deem it is offensive, inappropriate, explicit, graphic, irrelevant, inaccurate, disruptive or falsely representative of Hank & Roy or any other company or brand. Additionally, we reserve the right to block any user in violation of this policy.
Such content includes but is not limited to:
- Spam, including repeatedly posting content in multiple places, or other content intended to cause disruptions or technical issues
- Advertisements, solicitation links or content otherwise not authorized by Hank & Roy
- Content in violation of any local, state, national or international law
- Content in violation of social media platform terms of use
- Harassing, threatening, vulgar, defamatory, libelous or abusive content
- Deceptive, misleading or factually inaccurate content
- Content infringing on any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or proprietary rights of any party
- Private, personal or sensitive information about any individual
- Content promoting unaffiliated organizations, groups or products
- Content unrelated to the original post
In addition to treating others with respect, we ask that all users adhere to the terms and policies of the social media platforms, including any stated terms of service, community standards, privacy policies or rules and policies provided by those platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Veterinary Expertise & Our Content
We recommend contacting your veterinarian for any questions you have about your pet’s health. The content that we share is for informational or entertainment purposes only and should not be used to replace an expert’s advice.
UGC Terms of Use Agreement
We love when our fans share photos, videos and stories about their pets on our social media channels! Please see our User-Generated Content (UGC) Release & Terms of Use Agreement to learn more about how we may use content that you give us permission to share.
When posting on our social media channels, tagging us in content or using branded hashtags, please do not repost any photos, videos or other content that is not yours without the permission of the owner.
Use of Our Brand & Content
The marks appearing on our social channels, including but not limited to Hank and Roy are trademarks of Hank & Roy LLC.
Customer Service
The Hank & Roy social media channels are not monitored 24/7. When needed, our social media representatives may collect your information or ask you to reach out to other members of the Hank & Roy team so they can assist you. We generally respond to private messages, posts and comments posted on our social media channels on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Time (days and hours are subject to change in the event of emergencies, closures and holidays). We do our best to answer every question sent our way, but we are not able to answer every post or provide advice regarding any pet’s health.
