After spending a number of years as a commodities trader, our founder, Joe Hubbard, realized that the relationships he had developed with suppliers from around the world gave him a unique opportunity. By establishing Integrated Proteins, Joe has been able to use his global connections to source the best and most ethical protein sources that animals deserve.

As a self-proclaimed animal lover and entrepreneur, Joe knew he could do more with his company. He wanted to do more than just provide services to pet food companies. He wanted to serve pet owners directly — in a way that fit his lifestyle, his love for the outdoors and, most of all, his desire to build a family-oriented business.

And that’s how Hank and Roy started. An American-based, family brand that stays true to the belief that it’s our duty to be good stewards of the planet. We produce natural, simple, high-quality ingredient dog treats to maximize the entire value of the animal while appealing to a dog’s natural instinct.
