Return Policy: Since our products are high-quality natural dog chews, our products are non-returnable due to the potential safety risks as an ingestible product. If the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement through 'Your Orders' by providing an image of the item and its defects.

Refund Policy: If within 14 days of receiving your purchase and your hard-working dog simply did not like the treat you selected, you may choose a different product from our catalog and we will swap it out. We will send you a discount code, if you send us a video of your dog. For some dogs, natural chews are just different than what they are used to. For other dogs, natural chews are the only treats they will ever want.
